Delivery and Shipping
DELIVERY
A Classy Case is located in Orange County, CA (the OC). We are just 10 minutes from Irvine and 15 minutes from Anaheim. We offer hand deliver to Orange County, and can hand deliver or ship to Los Angeles, San Diego, Riverside, and San Bernardino Counties (Please note for counties other than Orange, we need 1 day advance notice). Your total will be adjusted before processing. Ground ship often is slightly less than hand delivery. Hand delivery makes a great impression! Either way, we will make sure your items are received in good condition. We have very reasonable delivery rates to Orange Country. Los Angeles, San Diego, Riverside, Ventura and the Inland Empire Counties. We deliver to all of Orange County.
All orders are delivered or shipped within 24 business hours* unless otherwise specified. The cut off time for same day orders is 11 AM. Please note that when you check out online, you need to select a delivery date or the delivery date is automatically selected for you, it defaults to 1 week from the date your order is submitted. *During the holidays, please allow extra 2-3 day of turn around time. We will send you an e-mail confirming delivery by the end of the business day your gift is due to be delivered on. For a detailed list of local cities we hand deliver to, please click here. When ordering online, the shopping cart will advise you of our delivery rates for in county. If you need out of county delivery, please specify in the notes section and we will adjust the total. We offer hand delivery Monday thru Friday only.
We ship nationwide via Fed Ex primarily. We also use UPS. If you are a corporate customer with us, on large orders we can use your ship account number to ship your order. (Please note a small box and handle fee will apply to these orders). Please note if you are sending a gift to a residence, for FedEx select Home delivery if you would like it to be sent ground.
Approximate arrival time to ship ground is as follows:
1-3 business days to West Coast
3-5 business days to Mid West
5-7 business days to East Coast
Approximate arrival time from A Classy Case to anywhere in Southern California via Fed Ex Ground or is 1 business day. Delivery is not gauranteed within that time frame by Fed Ex, so plan accordingly. Orders shipped via FedEx Home delivery (residential ground) can be delivered on a Saturday, but is not gauranteed.

We often expand our product line to provide the latest and the best products for our customers. For this reason, and also for seasonal purposes, from time to time we will substitute items. During the summer months, if you item is being shipped or delivered to a residence, we may substite chocolate for other confections. We never compromise on quality or taste. Items will always replace a product that is of equal or greater value.

Business Hours
Our normal business hours for the summer are from 9 AM until 3 PM Monday thru Thursday. We are often in the office prior to 9 AM, so feel free to call if you need assistance.
