Ways to Order
We are closed for the holidays. We are no longer accepting holiday orders.

We can hand deliver your gift anywhere in Southern California. Shipping is also available locally and nationwide.
 
We do not offer in store pick ups at this time. You can order the gift to be sent to your receipient, or yourself. We offer special rates for dropping mutliple gifts to your office. Please call us to inquire.

Delivery and Shipping

A Classy Case will ship or hand deliver your gifts and gift baskets from our production facility. We can hand deliver your gifts to your office. Please note that wine gift baskets are available for shipping only. 

HAND DELIVERY

A Classy Case is located in Orange County, CA. We offer hand delivery to Orange County, Los Angeles, San Diego, Riverside, and San Bernardino Counties. This is the same price as the original delivery or ship charge. Ground ship often is slightly less than hand delivery. Hand delivery makes a great impression! Either way, we will make sure your items are received in good condition. We have very reasonable delivery rates to Orange County, Los Angeles, San Diego, Riverside, Ventura and the Inland Empire Counties. 
 
All orders are delivered or shipped out within 48 business hours* unless otherwise specified. A re-delivery fee will be charged for incorrect addresses and multiple delivery attempts. *During the holidays, please allow extra 2-3 days of production time. For a detailed list of local cities we hand deliver to, please click here. We offer hand delivery Monday thru Friday only. Update: We are closed for the holidays. We are no longer accepting holiday orders.

We do not hand deliver over the weekend unless it is a rush order, on a case by case basis. Rush fees will apply.

SHIPPING

We ship nationwide via Fed Ex. If you are a corporate customer with us, on large orders we can use your ship account number to ship your order. (Please note a small box and handle fee will apply to these orders). Please note if you are sending a gift to a residence, for FedEx select Home delivery if you would like it to be sent ground.
 
Approximate arrival time to ship ground is as follows:
1-3 business days to West Coast
3-5 business days to Mid West
5-7 business days to East Coast

Approximate arrival time from A Classy Case to anywhere in Southern California via Fed Ex Ground or is 1 business day. Delivery is not gauranteed within that time frame by Fed Ex, so plan accordingly. Orders shipped via FedEx Home delivery (residential ground) may be delivered on a Saturday, but is not guaranteed. 
 
IN STORE PICKUP
We do not have an in store pickup service at this time. We are a concierge style service and can deliver to your office, or direct to your receipients if you are anywhere in Southern California. 
 
Satisfaction Policy

At A Classy Case, we pride ourselves on customer service and our products. If, for any reason you are dissatsified, please let us know within 24 hours of receiving your product.

We often expand our product line to provide the latest and the best products for our customers.  For this reason, and also for seasonal purposes, from time to time we will substitute items. During the summer months, if you item is being shipped or delivered to a residence, we may substite chocolate for other confections. We never compromise on quality or taste. Items will always replace a product that is of equal or greater value.

Your information will always remain private. We never sell our customer information to anyone. Our online store uses only the best secure, encrypted technology available to process your orders safely.
